About Brett

I have been involved in the local business community for the past 35 years. A licensed Real Estate Broker since 2007. I have worked in the financial industry as a mortgage broker. I come from a construction background as a licensed plumber since 1985. I have a red seal trade as a licensed Plumber Pipe Fitter and still a card carrying member of Local Union 67 Plumbers and steamfitters association. I’m honored to be a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

I have owned and operated a variety of local businesses in the Hamilton area. We currently invest in the local Hamilton real estate market, owning and operating several properties. I have experience in many business sectors including; residential building, new home construction, renovations, commercial high rise building, restaurants, catering, strip malls, hydro generating plants, oil refineries and industrial steel mills. Over the years I’ve built a strong network of local business professionals and tradesman to service your properties needs.

I am a Hamiltonian, born and raised in the city, raising my family here with my wife Tracy. We have two children Tami-Jay and Elliott and are proud grandparents of two beautiful little girls. About Elliott

Born in Hamilton I attended Sir Winston Churchill High School before going off to Lynn University in Boca Raton Florida. I went to Lynn University on a athletic scholarship to play NCAA Golf. I graduated in 2016 receiving my Bachelors Degree in Marketing. I'm proud to say that I was recognized as a 3X NCAA Academic All-American in the class room as well as a 3X NCAA Ping All-American on the course. I then followed my passion for golf and turned professional were pursued a career as a playing professional. I played across North America including a season on the PGA Tour Canada. I still am a avid golfer and a member of Kings Forest Golf Club in Hamilton. I have decided to join my father Brett Whitley in the Real Estate industry. I am currently working as his Registered Sales Assistant and Marketing Manager. On my way to becoming a licensed Sales Representative myself.
