	If you are looking for a regular real estate agent you can pick any of them , but if your looking for someone to get you the most $$$ from your home. I would suggest Brett. Another agent had suggested that I list my house for $289,900 with everything fixed (the agent wasn't from remax) Brett did a walk through with me and said my house was worth over $300,000 with a few repairs.Brett helped me get the contractors and they were at my home fast (which were very professional) This is truly above and beyond his job. It was truly a load off my shoulders knowing Brett had the experience to deal with the contractors and I didn't have to worry about any thing. Bottom line is my house SOLD for $310,000 ..thats $20.000 dollars more than the other agent thought possible. If you are looking for great results than look no further for an agent Brett is your man . On a side note Brett I want to thank you again for all you have done and your support through this process .
